No unassigned patches any more

Dear httpunit developerrs, (nice typo isn't it ...?)

Good news- we've reached the goal of having all patches 
taken care of. There is basically only one open at this 
time where i'm waiting for the answer of a developer.

There are now 742 test cases which all run (two 
Javascript test cases have been switched off for the old 
scripting engine at this time).

With the new DOM based scripting engine we get 18 Errors 
and 27 failures. 

You are kindly invited to get the svn trunk version and 
help working on the few remaining problems with the goal 
to avoid an intermediate patch release (e.g. 1.7) and 
directly go to an improved javascript release (which 
would be 2.0 then)
