We already do that. That's what PseudoServer is for.

why? If we can get to localhost, we can also reach any server that the  
computer can access. The biggest issue with various servers tends to  
be the way they deal with cookies. There is a spec, but many web  
servers and servlet engines are not quite 100% compliant...
