Please find attached a version of your testcase I just checked and the pom.xml I used for it. The testcase has got your test 2 x. Once with JUnit's internal test facilities and once using Jetty. With the version attached the tests both do not fail. I'm going to add the non jetty-dependend version of the test to svn. Let me know if my changes to you test case changed the meaning or what you think might be the reason for the different observations we make.
