hi there,
first of all thank you wolfang for your great 'escalation management' :)
i just want to let you know, that i am on the list now and if someone
needs clarification on my bugreport i can be reached here.
right now i work with a patched version of httpunit 1.7 and it works
great for me. as suggested i removed the text/xml type from the list of
valid html-responses and now get a 'real' document from getDOM.
i do not completely understand that part of 1281655:
"
the included patch simply adds "text/xml" to the list
of allowed content type for html, allowing servletunit
users to parse response of jspx files without having to
add a jsp directive in any page.
"
as i do not have any directives on the .jspx pages but have
a jsp-property-group in my web.xl which says, that every .jspx
file is xml.
<jsp-property-group>
<url-pattern>*.jpsx</url-pattern>
<is-xml>true</is-xml>
</jsp-property-group>
maybe this would fix the problem for the original bug-reporter.
