Ignoring external resources

Hi,

I'm testing a site which contains external links to javascript files for 
ad tracking, and sometimes the remote server does not respond, which 
gives a timeout exception.

What I'd like to do is simply not download these javascript files, since 
they are not actually needed and there is nothing I can do when the 
remote server does not respond.

Is this possible ?
