What version of Servlets and JSP?

Our project is using Servlets 2.5 / JSP 2.1. The HttpUnit lib directory contains servlet-api-2.4.jar. This implies support for Servlets 2.4 / JSP 2.0. Is it necessary to use the servlet-api-2.4.jar instead of a 2.5 jar?
