thanks for your comments:
a) By the way, your "assertEquals" call has the expects 
and actual values reversed.

The testCase is modified according to a) and for b) I it 
now tests all 4 possible combinations.
I had to modifiy the resulting message to 
reponseCode 404 on getIncludedScript for src='xyz.js'

But this will now also show if another code than 404 was 
the cause for the problem.
