Disabling HTML Tidy

Hi,

I'm using HTTPUnit to test my server with great success.  However, my
server is serving up domain-specific XML files rather than HTML and
HTML Tidy is spamming my logs with errors like:

line 1 column 44 - Error: <aastraipphonetextscreen> is not recognized!
line 1 column 175 - Error: <text> is not recognized!
line 1 column 207 - Error: <softkey> is not recognized!
line 1 column 243 - Error: <uri> is not recognized!
This document has errors that must be fixed before
using HTML Tidy to generate a tidied up version.

Is there any way to turn off HTML validation for non-HTML content?
