Examples updated and added YouTubeVisitor

Dear httpunit developers,

the examples in
http://httpunit.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/httpunit/trunk/httpunit/examples/

have been updated by me to mostly work again. I have also added a =

YouTubeVisitor example.
I was not sucessful in creating a full downloader yet and due to legal =

reasons I do not intend to do so.

I'm going to modify the example as "MultiDownload" so that it can =

automate the download of regular files e.g. software packages and show =

how this works.
Please stay tuned. I'm looking forward to your feedback.
