UPS and USPS Priority Label creation

Dear IC programmers,

I am interested in having the ability to integrate UPS and/or USPS shipping
directly into Interchange. It will be used in a backend system to enter
shipment information for a given customer, then ideally pop-up a LABEL from
the carrier for direct printing.

Interests:
	Domestic UPS
	Domestic USPS Priority

I believe this would require modules to communicate with UPS Online Tools,
although it may have been called something else in the near past.

If you are familiar with UPS technology, or have UPS technology you have
developed that you wish to share or sell please contact me offlist. Please
include a short description of what you have in mind. 

NOTE: I don't just need rate estimates from UPS or USPS, I need the whole
process all the way to Label Creation. Also, this will be simple shipping,
no foreign, freight or chemicals.

Also, if you are an IC user and have interest in this as well, contact me
offlist and maybe we can turn this into a shared-expense project if there is
enough desire.
