Need Help with Interchange 5.2.1

Hello:

I hope I am sending an email to the right place.  I need help!  My website
was upgraded to Interchange 5.2.1 and now the credit card part does not
work.  The person that upgraded my store does not know how to fix this.   It
worked on the old version, but I don't remember what version it was.  The
store works greeat until you put in a valid credit card# it gives the error:

Credit Card Information: Credit card encryption failed: No such file or
directory

Also, all the shipping amounts come up wrong.  Right now I have to add about
50% more weight to every product to get The price close.  I use UPS Ground
shipping for almost everything.

Is there anyone out there that can help?
