signio failed

Hello Sir ,

We are tring to plug the payment gateway -Verisign with signio .
we have sucessfully download the SDK from verisign and sucessfully run the
test.pl
but when we are trying to configure signio with our Domo site  we are
getting the followig error:

(signio): Charge operation (signio) failed.

Plz can U give us steps other then given in Signio docs to configure signio.
