UserTag Developer Needed

I'm currently seeking an Interchange developer who can write some
fairly complex UserTag's for Interchange 5.4.0.

The first usertag deals with dynamically setting the payment mode from
a db table.

The second usertag deals with dynamically setting the shipping cost
(or appending it).
