assistance for project

I'm looking to create an affiliate system that will eventually also
serve as a CRM for our company.  I'm looking for assistance with the
project for when I don't understand something or get stuck.  Guidance
I suppose.

I wouldn't know exactly how to compensate someone for their time
except by the hour, but if you have another idea I'm all for it.
