Help (shipping, logout, menu categories)

Hello All,

I am interested in finding someone that can do some bug fixes for me on my
IC installation.  Here are the following problems I am having:

Shipping Methods:

If I go to the checkout page and enter a zip code the only available
shipping methods are GNDCOM, GNDRES and 1DA.  If I am creating a user for
checkout you can see all of the availble shipping methods but this is the
only time you can see it.  I added the shipping modes to the tables so
that part is fine.  I should be able to see more than just GNDCOM, GNDRES
and 1DA.  I should see FEG, FEH, FPO, FIE and 3DS and LOCAL (LOCAL is a
custom method I created) but I only see GNDCOM,GNDRES and 1DA in the
checkout shipping method drop down box.  The entries are also showing in
the shipping.asc file so I don't understand whats going on.

Logout

When I am logged in as a customer for check out and I am done and want to
logout the page tells me I have successfully logged out but the LOGOUT
button on the home page does not refresh to the LOGIN button.

Menu Categories

When I click on a categorie and choose and item my menu collapses because
I have it set to category_vert_toggle.  This is what I want and that is
fine.  the problem is that when I go to checkout page all of my Categories
Collapse and I don't want that to happen.

If anyone could please help me with these and quote me I would gladly
appreciate it.
