Adding/Deleting a Category

Hello:

I found this email address in the help menu under FAQ.  Recently we have
installed a new store, version 5.4.0.  We were on I believe 4.8.?.  I have
been trying to figure out how to add/delete categories on the left side of
the store page.  Right now there is data from the default store/data such as
Hand Tools, Hardware, Ladders, ...

In the past version of the store software I logged in as admin, clicked on
"Miscellaneous", and under Legacy Tools clicked on "Layout Editor
Auto-populate", then on "Populate".  From here I was able to add/delete
existing categories that were displayed in the store.

This does not seem to work with 5.4.0.  Is there some place to find a simple
user manual for 5.4.0?  Or is there somewhere on icdevgroup where I can find
this info of what should be a simple task?
