We're looking at changing the order flow and email notification so that the user will only get an email after successfully paying with Paypal. As it works now as soon as a person proceeds from the Checkout page the order is placed and emails go out, then they have to click a button on that page to be taken to Paypal and must complete the payment process there. Finally they're returned to a success page on the site.
