IC programmer needed

Hello, I'm looking for an IC programmer with 10-20 hours available per
week.  The work will consist of writing chunks of ITL code and
rewriting ITL code chunks which are already written.  A deep
understanding of IC is not necessary and perl skills are not
necessary.  Our budget allows a rate of $20/hour.  Please reply
off-list.
