Canada UPS Rate Lookup

We are having some problems settting up local UPS lookups originating from 
Canada.  We would like to pay on a per project basis. The Canadian rate charts 
are in Canadian Dollars, we will want to convert this to american when posting 
the cost to the client. 
 
Summary of items 
Setup Canadian Rate/Zone Charts 
convert the currency to USD before passing the cost back
