[interchange] Changed @@MV_PAGE@@ to [var MV_PAGE 1], so we can get it interpolated inside the Variable.

    Changed @@MV_PAGE@@ to [var MV_PAGE 1], so we can get it interpolated inside the Variable.
    
    Also scrap deprecated [page] tags.
