The obvious question

Hello, i'm pretty new with ic, and i have to make the obviuos question:

How can i change language in interchange?

i have found the Internationalization topic on the table of contents,
but it's not very clear, it doesnt say wich files to edit, if i need to
install something else, etc.

Can somebody please give a guide on how to do this?

there is a selection language when loging in the admin area.

but there is no option when visiting as a customer.
