However downloading it seems to be a bit easier said than done:-
I can't download it with either lynx or links, they both see the
link OK but on commencing download nothing happens at all.
I downloaded it on another machine with a GUI browser and FTP'ed
the file to here and gunzip said there was a CRC error in the
file.
