[patch] Wrapping enhancements

I have a few patches posted at http://www.brainshell.org/patches/ for
ELinks 0.10.6, involving wrapping.  They could use some improvement,
and probably need to be updated for 0.11.x, but they work well for my
current needs.  If they are likely to make it into the main
distribution, I am willing to do a bit more on them.

* Prevent extra-wide table cells from creating paragraphs wider than
  the screen width.
* Improve handling of text-mode wrapping in the presence of tabs.
* Allow HTML pages to toggle line wrapping.
