You have added contrib/bzip2-pipe.patch.  Could you describe why
this patch is needed and how likely it is to break other programs
that use libbz2?  Such a description could help entice
distributions like Debian to apply the patch.

If ELinks requires this patch in order to handle bzip2 properly,
I think CONFIG_BZIP2 should be disabled by default and there
should be a warning about it, so that people who haven't patched
the library don't accidentally get an ELinks binary that claims
Accept-Encoding: bzip2 but cannot actually decompress bzip2.
