 Applied and compiled. didn't work. I can contribute at least $150 for a proper implementation of this feature. 

 It should work exactly like have explained. up/down arrows go up/down and will not move right/left. They will skip all the lines that do not contain a link. And they will stop on a line that contains a link, even if the actual location that the cursor is in doesn't have a link.
