Fwd: Release Update: arch status, major transitions finished, freeze coming up

Hi,

If we want elinks 0.11.4 to be a part of the next Debian stable release, it
would be best if there is an official 0.11.4 release that will give me atleast
three weeks time before the freeze (as per the plans of the Debian release
team).  I would need atleast three weeks to stabilise the packages in unstable
before they reach testing and hence stable.
