ELinks 0.11.4 and 0.12pre1 update to Free Software Directory

The Free Software Directory at <http://directory.fsf.org/> lists
ELinks 0.11.3 as the latest version.  However, ELinks 0.11.4 was
released on 2008-06-20, and ELinks 0.12pre1 was released today on
2008-07-01; please see <http://elinks.cz/news.html> for details
on these releases.  I have attempted to update your Elinks.txt
file as shown below, but I could not find any documentation on
the file format, so please check these changes before putting
them in CVS.
