Ask for help of the installation of lynx 2.8.9

My OS is Ubuntu 18.04 LTSand gcc version is 7.5.0 ,however our cluster sever is not connected to the Internet now. 

I want to install lynx by open source code,but I can not do this by myself.Could you please help me in detail?
