Yeah, I got the same message when I used lynx directly, w/o changing the browser string. Obviously the ip and id number were different, but otherwise, the message was identical. Which is what prompted me to send the last email saying 2/3 of the use cases could be fixed. I too use cookies, and it made no difference, so don't know if it's possible to get around this issue at all with lynx or other nonstandard browsers.
