A new and intense error, 426?

Hi folks,
Anyone come across this one yet?
You have a link to follow, and you reach a page that says
error 426 upgrade required.
My personal experience is that  it locks lynx, I cannot back arrow, or 
abort the browser, but have to exit my  shellworld account entirely.
I might guess? that if I were on my actual desktop, it might lock up the 
computer.
Thoughts?
