That's odd, because the .c file didn't change in dev.10,
nor did any of Lynx's .h files used by this module.

dev.9 did change some of the DTD tables (which might be relevant,
e.g., if a table got larger).

maybe... but the fuzzer-fixes didn't tough this part of the source-code.
