missing slash after 'localhost'

Hello, using lynx as a local filemanager:
When lynx is started with '/' as argument it works normally.
But when the root directory is reached via a '..' link then all links look like "file://localhost-link-" without a slash after 'localhost'.
As a result the links do not work.

This is on Devuan 'Chiamera', which is equivalent to Debian 'Bullseye'.
