Only load TLD (like NoScript)

Blocking non-TLD (top level domain) would greatly increase performance as well as increasing privacy security and network utilization efficiency.

Thank you for your work.  I use lynx for at least several years, seldomly on desktop and small arm mobile devices.  Keep up the great work.
