Re: lynx blinking after terminal window resizing

The same blinking (screen flicker) being talked about happens on my machine
too, after screen resize.

macOS 12.5, xterm-256color for lynx inside tmux, iTerm2, aarch64 (apple
silicon), lynx version: current (latest).
