cite color is washed as active link moves over it

Hi lynx-dev,

    Color of 'cite' is washed as active link moves over it. The color then reappears when one moves does page downs followed by page ups. Here's an example command to reproduce:

        $ lynx 'https://search.brave.com/search?source=web&q=laws of form'
