i would like to add interesting fact:

(a)run lynx in terminal
$lynx
(b) click o
(c) Document Appearance — Color style — lynx.lss

if you have lynx.css on color style, there is 
no need to enable "COLOR_STYLE: lynx.lss" on lynx.cfg

my lynx version: 2.9.0dev.10 (11 Aug 2021)
libwww-FM 2.14, SSL-MM 1.4.1, GNUTLS 3.7.7, ncurses 6.2.20201114(wide)
Built on linux-gnueabihf.
