Re: Why Does Politico Think I am Not Reading their News-Letters?

Another possible case could be chime isn't saving cookies sent by politico
and politico uses cookies to track who reads their newsletter and who
doesn't read their newsletter.  I don't know for certain in this case
though.  It may need a cookie jar configured and to have politico's cookie
saved in that jar to get credit for reading their newsletter.
