a groups.io question?

Hi folks,
I have been a member for years, but recently can no longer  post.
I suspect the ongoing lack of host identifiers for shellworld.net.  Deeply 
hoping Luke is well, given I cannot imagine his not asking his host to 
address the problem.
Still, the groups.io issue is odd, showing up in elinks and links as well.
When one types a password in the password field, the site is not 
recognizing input, presenting a "you must enter a password," error.
I am wondering if changing user agents might help this?
is there a  third browser in the command line of Linux to test..I recall 
references to w3m perhaps?
If you  are in lynx and managing to log in, which edition are you running? 
might be tied to a change in lynx options, if that makes sense.
