Two broken hyperlinks in Lynx Users Guide

Apologies if this small bug report doesn’t warrant using the mailing list.

In the “Main Configuration file lynx.cfg” section of the Lynx Users Guide <https://lynx.invisible-island.net/lynx_help/Lynx_users_guide.html>, the links to configuration "by category” and “by alphabet” return a 404 due to them both having “/release” within the URL. I’m not sure why that might be the case.

Those hyperlinks are on lines 5608 and 5610 in the Lynx_users_guide.html as far as I can tell.
