lynx online help page blocked on lynx

Hello, im trying to access lynx.invisible-island.net and im getting a sucuri website firewall error that reads: Block reason: Access from your Country was disabled by the administrator. im not using a vpn, my country is Argentina. the lynx version im using is 2.9.4 which i think is latest release and my os is microcore linux (now called core) v17.0, the linux kernel is 6.18.2-tinycore. thank 4 da help
