No. (Only by patching and recompiling.)

For the sake of all of us, complain to those who use that,
telling them all the lynx users, a nōn-insignificant amount
of which is vision-impaired, are hard excluded by something
that relies on JS, and that the BSI even does not allow JS
in browsers to be enabled on their workplaces and so will
also be excluded (though this info is old, unsure if this
is still so).
