Please update unicode tables to newer version with free license

Hello,
lynx includes code/tables copied from unicode.org a long time ago in
these files:

src/chrtrans/iso03_uni.tbl
src/chrtrans/iso04_uni.tbl
src/chrtrans/iso05_uni.tbl
src/chrtrans/iso06_uni.tbl

src/chrtrans/iso08_uni.tbl
src/chrtrans/iso09_uni.tbl
src/chrtrans/next_uni.tbl
test/koi8-r.html

These contents are under non-free license:

Updated iso*tbl files are available here with a new copyright header
https://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/ISO8859/ koi8-r ditto on
https://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MISC/KOI8-R.TXT 
next_uni.tbl has not been updated with a new copyright header but since
it is available here
https://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/NEXT/NEXTSTEP.TXT the
new license applies ("“Unicode Data Files” or "Data Files" include all
computer data files under the following directories:
https://www.unicode.org/Public/ [...]").

Could you please update? I can try to come up with a patch if you want
me to.
