A serious problem with the Lynx homepage?

Hi all,
Granted, the issue may be tied to the IP address used by shellworld..which 
a number of places flag.
Still, I was confirming when the stable 2.9.3 edition was dated.
when I visit  the invisible island homepage however, I am greeted by  text 
in a foreign language.
I  searched twice using duckduckgo,
First following the link showing as a result, then following the link as 
provided by Wikipedia.

Will do the search again  on another Linux shell...need to finish some 
writing for work.
