Hi Again, My apologies, has been a very busy week, with my birthday in the middle. Here is what I understood yours and Chime's problem was, when downloading a file from NPR. Chime shared that he had to backspace over all those extra symbols. so, the control u command removes that need, leaving a blank field so you can provide the file name you want for whatever you are downloading. To be forthright, I use that tool everywhere, control u or control k creating an empty field for a filename to be saved that I will remember. Does that make more sense? The field is empty so you can provide the file name you actually want, instead of extra characters.
