	--restrict-filenames in /etc/yt-dlp.conf 'Restrict filenames
to only ASCII characters, and avoid "&" and spaces in filenames'

	--windows-filenames 'Force filenames to be Windows-compatible'

	I use the former; I've never used the latter.
