masonhq site now using 1.1x

masonhq.com now runs on Mason 1.16 instead of 1.0x. This is primarily of
importance to those using the site source
(http://www.masonhq.com/code/site_source.html).

Let me know if you see any new problems on the site. Incidentally I fixed
some bugs in the style sheet at the same time, so the fonts will look
different.
