the new Mason HQ

Mason HQ (http://www.masonhq.com/) has been revamped, with a lot of
user-facing changes and some modest design and implementation changes.

The main change is that the wiki, formerly shunted off to a separate URL,
has been Mason-ized and fully integrated into the site.  In addition to
previous content, wiki pages now include

  * User-contributed code and docs
  * Content pages like Books and Articles
  * Frequently asked questions

and, in general, anything we add going forward unless it requires dynamic
generation.
