Resolver & CPAN

So, as I mentioned on this list before, I have a resolver that will handle language varients of components.

I'd like to put this on CPAN.  Is it bad form to put it in the Mason package space (i.e. HTML::Mason::Resolver::LanguageResolver)? I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but I'd also like to make it available for others' use.
