Check out install/apache_tests_helper.pl, which is where you can modify
the config file used for Apache tests.

The subclass can be defined in the generated handler.pl file.  It
already defines a resolve & interp subclass for testing.

Or you could have it create a _new_ handler.pl (called something else),
and use that for your tests.
