New bug #550: Flushing/clearing buffers in subrequests is broken
This bug has two aspects:
If a subrequest flushes its buffers _and_ the parent request
has autoflush on, that output should definitely be flushed,
even if the parent calls clear_buffer() immediately after
the subrequest.
Conversely, if the subrequest flushes its buffers and the
parent request has autoflush off, then calling
clear_buffer() immediately after the subrequest ends should
clear that buffer.
